
Kennett High School Softball celebrated Senior Night by honoring Seniors Kaydee Taylor and Hadley Wilson. Capping off the night with a Kennett Indian victory over Dyersburg High School.

The KHS Girl's Softball game today will now be played at home at 4:30 instead of Doniphan.

Attention Parents of 11th-grade students. Vaccine consents are due tomorrow, April 11, 2024 for the vaccine clinic that will be held May 9th. These are the required vaccines to attend school next August.



KHS students painted local business windows in honor of the total solar eclipse on April 8th.








Congratulations to Elliott Furlow! Her artwork was chosen to represent the 25th district in the Missouri Senate Art Show. Elliott's artwork will be on display in the Missouri Capitol for one year.

On Thursday the Varsity Band, Varsity Choir, Treble Choir, and Baritone Choir received an Outstanding Rating (Silver Medal) Jazz Choir Received a Satisfactory Rating.

Alyce Edwards pictured with 3 Rivers women's basketball coach, Alex Wiggs at the SEMO Conference Basketball Banquet. She is holding her two awards. The scoring champion for the season and the SEMO Conference Player of the Year. Alyce is the first player from Kennett to ever receive this award. She is the first freshman, male or female, in the 60-year history of the conference to receive the Player of the Year Award.


More accomplishments to report! E’Marriha Johnson and Alyce Edwards both made 1st Team All-District! Congratulations on a great season!



On Wednesday, March 20th, KHS Students and Staff can wear a hat all day for a $1 donation. All proceeds will go to the Kenny Rogers Children's Center.

Congratulations to E’Marriha Johnson for being named to the SEMO All Conference Team! She averaged 19.6 points and 9 rebounds per game this season!

Congratulations to Alyce Edwards for being chosen as the SEMO All Conference Player of the Year! She was also named SEMO Conference MVP for having the highest per game scoring average this season!
