We raised $300 for the Kennett Humane Department for our Halloween for Hounds Fundraiser. Mrs. Butler's class raised the most with $52 so they got to enjoy this beautiful day with an extra recess. This year, our money will go to helping a dog in need of leg surgery. Mrs. Butler's class named her, Button Butler! Thank you, South School! 🐶 ❤️

Mrs. Pickens's class enjoyed a fun game of bingo and caramel apples hosted and sponsored by OPAA (the company that provides all of our school food). The kids had fun, especially Hayden who won bingo! Thank you to Ms. Putman and OPAA for such a good time! 🍎🎃👻

Another fun part of our Friday was the reward for "No Major, No Minor" write-ups - a little trick-or-treating, a snack, and a little movie. Good behavior pays off! Mrs. Pickens's students want to thank all the South adults who made this special happen!
