This week we still have Kindness blooming at South. These boys showed kindness by giving up a seat for another student, picking up something a teacher spilled and pushing in chairs and cleaning up the library without being asked. Way to go Bryson, Landon and Marquon! #KindnessBloomsHere 🌼 #WeAreSouth 🖤 💛

Learning about the states of matter is "solid" work for Mrs. Pickens's class! We made a solid turn into a liquid, a liquid turn into gas, a gas turn back into liquid, and then the liquid turn back into a solid! These kids are smart cookies!

Mrs. Pickens's class theme this year is "Our Class Is a Family." We are learning how to love, help, and support each other just as a family does. Lexie got us beads to make our very own "FAMILY" bracelets!
