Greyson used his PBIS points to purchase a Facebook shout out. He is in Mrs. Pickens 3rd grade class and loves using his manners at school. At home, Greyson likes playing games with his brother, Levi. Mrs. Pickens shared that Greyson is a friend to all and is always kind. He is always helpful and a great hard worker. Everyone show Greyson some South School love! 💛🖤 #WeAreSouth

School shirts are in and have been delivered!
South students can start wearing school shirts on Wednesdays of each week. If you did not pre order, extra shirts that we have on hand will be sold at cookie dough pick up in the gym on Monday at Parent Teacher Conferences from 1-7pm. They are $10 for YS-AXL or $12 for 2X and up. Limited quanity of each size available.

October Reminders!

If your student sold cookie dough, pick-up is scheduled during parent-teacher conferences on Monday, October 20, from 1:00 to 7:00 pm.

If we changed the traditional saying to "Trick or Treat say something sweet".....South students can up with some great compliments!

Kindness Awards for this week with a second appearance! Congrats!

We'd like to send a special thanks to Ashley Fowler from the Dunklin Co. Juvenile Office for sharing risks and consequences of cell phones and social media with our 5th graders!

Positive office referrals are the perfect way to end the week! Ms. Jones recognized these students for being safe, respectful, and responsible!

On behalf of the Kennett School District, we are honored to invite our Local First Responders and Veterans to our First Responders and Veterans Recognition Night at the Kennett High School Football Game on Friday, October 24. This special evening is our opportunity to show appreciation for the brave men and women who serve and protect our community every day.

Don't forget Socktober! The donation box is set up outside the counselors office!
