Today for math, we partnered with our Paired Pals to review addition. Each pair used a set of dice to come up with an addition sentence and then, if needed, they used their bears to solve the problem. We also had a quick 3 Crayon Challenge before dismissal!

If you have never experienced the magic of The Elf on the Shelf with 18 kindergarten kiddos, you're missing out! Picture it.. The elf leaves a note about trying to win the Golden Fork in the cafeteria and is also stuck behind an anchor chart rod. 10 minutes into the day, loud screams! Someone touched the elf… HE LOST HIS MAGIC!!! He is a sick elf, but we're hopeful he will get better soon!

Our food drive is in full swing and our students have done an amazing job so far! However, we could use a little help in the instant mashed potatoes department. 🥔 If you haven't had a chance to contribute, now is the perfect time. We will continue to collect donations through Wednesday afternoon of this week. You may also make a cash donation to help purchase turkeys and hams for each family.
