On Tuesday, January 7, 2025, the Kennett VFW Post 5443 proudly honored three talented KMS students at a special recognition dinner for their outstanding essays in the Patriot's Pen competition:

Due to the Winter Storm Warning issued for our area, the Kennett #39 School District will utilize an AMI (Alternate Method of Instruction) day for Friday, January 10, 2025. Each Building Principal will send home a copy of their AMI plan and post their AMI plan on our District Facebook page.

In the event of school closures, we will implement Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) to ensure students continue their learning from home.
Below is the AMI Schedule for KMS:
🕗 7:50-8:20 – 1st Hour
🕗 8:25-8:55 – 2nd Hour
🕘 9:00-9:30 – 3rd Hour
🕘 9:35-10:05 – 4th Hour
🕙 10:10-10:40 – 5th Hour
🕙 10:45-11:15 – 6th Hour
🕚 11:20-11:50 – 7th Hour
Teachers’ Office Hours 12:15-2:50
