🧵 Life Skills Class in Action! ✂️ Our Life Skills students, led by Mrs. Crafton, have been busy learning how to sew buttons and stitch this week — and they’ve done an amazing job! 👏🪡 Check out these great photos of their work! 📸 The cute kid ornaments shown at the end were hand-stitched by our students and will be available for purchase at A Small Town Christmas at the Square. 🎄 We’re so proud of their creativity, craftsmanship, and all they’ve learned in Mrs. Crafton’s class! 🌟

✨️ Quarter 1 Rewards & Pink Out Day Celebration 🩷

KMS students who met the Quarter 1 reward criteria were recognized on Friday for their hard work and positive choices! 🙌

To qualify, students maintained:
✅ No D’s or F’s
✅ No office referrals
✅ No more than one unexcused absence

These students enjoyed an afternoon of dodgeball 🏐 and BINGO 🎲 in celebration of their success. We are proud of their academic achievement, positive behavior, and strong attendance! 👏

🩷 Friday was also Pink Out Day, and our students and staff showed incredible spirit by wearing pink to raise awareness for breast cancer. 💪

Students now have the opportunity to work toward the Quarter 2 Reward — let’s keep up the great work and continue striving for excellence! 💛🖤

📢 A big THANK YOU to Chief Deputy Ashley Fowler from the Dunklin County Juvenile Office and Sheriff Nick Darter from the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office for visiting KMS today! 🙌 They shared an important message with our students about youth challenges with social media and the repercussions and legal issues that can rise from inappropriate behavior online. 💬✨ 👏 A big THANK YOU as well to Mrs. Kathy Rogers for coordinating this meaningful event! 🖤💛
