Per East Prairie, this evenings KHS football game has been postponed due to weather conditions and their homecoming festivities. It has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, September 28 at 3:00 p.m.

It's WOW Wednesday AND Fair Week! All students with no majors and minors were entered into a raffle for fair tickets and an armband. Please join me in Congratulating our winners from each grade!
Homecoming Spirit Week is next week!
South School shirt orders are in! Orders were delivered to classrooms today. Most were sent home with students. There may be some cases where the class had a sub and did not get them.
If you did not get a chance to order a shirt, we bought a few per size extra. You can come by the school counselors office to purchase one or they will be on sale at Open House in October for $10.
School Shirts are worn on Wednesdays of each week! We can't wait to see everyone in their new school shirts!
Half way through the First Quarter Never Been Absent(NBA) All Stars. We have 136 students with Perfect Attendance since the start of school through September 18th. Each student earned a star and were eligible for gift card drawings. 1st Quarter 2nd Half-September 19th-October 11th will be our next time period we are looking for Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance means no tardies, early check outs or excused absences.
WOW Wednesday! South School received a donation of a new Slushy machine from the Kennett Career and Technology Center and the DECA members. Our students can't wait to have their first slush for PBIS points. Thank You for your donation!
