Masterson Elementary School

Mrs. Patterson's class loved learning about fire safety, seeing Little Red, & checking out the real fire truck, but meeting Sparky the Fire Pup was definitely their favorite part! We also had some creative creations during social stations.

Ms. Alyssa's class had a wonderful week practicing heart words with play- dough, spelling words with shaving cream, and fire safety with our firefighters!

Beautiful weather equals a fun preschool recess!!

On behalf of the Kennett School District, we are honored to invite our Local First Responders and Veterans to our First Responders and Veterans Recognition Night at the Kennett High School Football Game on Friday, October 24. This special evening is our opportunity to show appreciation for the brave men and women who serve and protect our community every day.

Mrs. Patterson's class had the most special guest reader. We enjoyed listening to each of Laken Weaver's books she read to us. She did an amazing job using expression in her reading & kept everyone so engaged. Thanks, Lakey!! ✨

Mrs. Patterson's class rocked letters Ss & Bb this week! Altogether, they were able to come up with 74 words that had the beginning sound from one of these letters. I couldn't be prouder of them!!

We are overjoyed to welcome Merrit Henfling, born on August 16, to our tribe family!

Merrit is the precious daughter of Nathan and Madison Henfling. Mrs. Henfling has been an important part of our district family, serving as an SLP-A for the past 5 years.
