☘️Be on the LOOK OUT!! 👀 There is a leprechaun on the loose! He has DESTROYED Ms. Jayme's Kindergarten room, leaving green footprints & gold glitter everywhere. He is now on the run! ☘️🤪

Ms. Madden's kindergarteners had a surprise visit from the Leprechauns this morning. They destroyed our room!

Mrs. Lemarr's class celebrated St. Patrick's Day by wearing green!

Our Leprechaun was good to Mrs. French's class! Even though we didn’t see him, he decorated our classroom and left us lots of goodies! We had a great day! Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀🍀🍀

Smiling faces and sunshine!☀️

Happy St.Patricks day from Mrs. Criswell's class! 🍀

Mrs. Jobeth's AM and PM Preschool classes had a visit from the mischievous leprechaun before classes today! We didn't catch him , but he left evidence he had been there☘️🍀

KSD #39 was able to open the High School FEMA building last night for our community to seek shelter once the tornado warning was activated.
Thanks to the support from our community to build the FEMA building, we were able to welcome almost 500 people last night!
Use the QR code below to download our District's app. You'll need to adjust the setting and notification preferences as this is how we let our community know when the FEMA building is open and other important information about our District.

KSD #39 would like to congratulate and recognize Mrs. Erica Key for being nominated and selected as a recipient of the "Incredible Indian" Award. Mrs. Key is a 5th-grade teacher at South Elementary. She was selected for this award for her dedication to her students, positivity, and leadership to her colleagues. Congratulations, Mrs. Key! AM Preschool classes having fun in the sun at recess! 🖤💛

PM Preschool classes having fun in the sun!!😎

This morning I had a wonderful impromptu visit from Dr. Richie Leeker, Kennett Public Schools superintendent, and his Assistant Superintendent for the Day, Shanden Brewster. They wanted to make sure I was having a good day and to ask if I needed anything (a common question from Dr. Leeker). 😊
They have a full day planned - campus visits, checking on teachers, lunch at KCTC, and lots of other very important school business.
What a great auction item Dr. Leeker donated! And, there couldn’t have been a sweeter guy to purchase it! ❤️

In Mrs. Criswell's class..some days call for calm music, letting the sunshine in, and reading with a friend 📖🙂

Long vowel & short vowel practice is always more fun when you get to stand on a table! 🤪✨

Another great day to win the Golden Fork! Good job, Mrs. French's class! 🖤💛

We will have concessions tomorrow beginning at 5:30pm at our Sweets and Treats Auction!
