We are thrilled to recognize Ms. Putman, Director of Food Service, for going above and beyond every single day to support our students and staff. Her work is so much more than serving meals — it’s about creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.

From planning nutritious menus that fuel learning, to meeting unique student needs with creativity and compassion, to stepping in with a smile whenever help is needed, Ms. Putman’s dedication shines in everything she does. Because of her leadership and heart, students have access to healthy meals, and staff know they can count on her to support all students.

We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact she makes on our school community each and every day.

Help us celebrate our amazing staff!

Thank You to Our First Responders, Veterans, and Community!

The Kennett #39 School District and Kennett High School Athletics would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for our First Responders and Veterans Recognition Night.

Your presence and participation helped us honor the brave men and women who serve and protect our community and our nation — our Police Officers, Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs, Sheriff’s Office, and the members of the United States Armed Forces, both past and present.

Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication truly represent the best of service and citizenship.

A special thank you to the Kennett community for showing up in full support — your standing ovation and enthusiasm made this night one to remember. Together, we demonstrated the unity, pride, and gratitude that makes Kennett such a special place to call home.

Thank you for your service. Thank you for your support. Thank you for being Kennett Strong. 💛🖤
