Medicaid Renewal - Help is on the way! Thousands of children have lost medicaid coverage due to the parent not knowing they needed to complete the renewal process.

Our dedicated maintenance staff is prepared for emergencies! They attended CPR and Stop the Bleed training during a professional development day. The district recognizes the importance of EVERYONE being trained for emergencies.

Laura Beckmann, DESE, shared new national health and physical education standards with the district's health and PE teachers recently during a staff professional development. Mrs. Beckmann also shared best practices, Missouri resources, and outdoor education resources.

Being prepared is critical for the safety of everyone. Several staff members attended training to review and practice emergency response procedures. The training included CPR review, asthma care, AED drills, and Stop the Bleed practice. Staff members also practiced using an EpiPen on an orange after reviewing how to handle food allergy emergencies.
