District Championship

This spooky season, let’s make safety and mental health our top priorities! Talking about mental health shouldn't be scary, it’s how we take care of ourselves and each other. Reach out anytime if your student needs support!

Thank You to Our First Responders, Veterans, and Community!
The Kennett #39 School District and Kennett High School Athletics would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for our First Responders and Veterans Recognition Night.
Your presence and participation helped us honor the brave men and women who serve and protect our community and our nation — our Police Officers, Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs, Sheriff’s Office, and the members of the United States Armed Forces, both past and present.
Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication truly represent the best of service and citizenship.
A special thank you to the Kennett community for showing up in full support — your standing ovation and enthusiasm made this night one to remember. Together, we demonstrated the unity, pride, and gratitude that makes Kennett such a special place to call home.
Thank you for your service. Thank you for your support. Thank you for being Kennett Strong. 💛🖤

Final Four Bound !! Congratulations to KHS Tennis on their Sectional win today against Holt High School.

Last week, Kathy Rogers from Project AWARE and Morgan Earnheart, Community Health Worker, had a great time joining 4-H and South Elementary for Safety Day. Their station focused on helping students learn about stress and discover simple, healthy ways to manage it and making stress balls was a big hit!
This week, Ms. Earnheart kicked things off by volunteering at South School Girl Scout Troop #72044's mobile food pantry through SEMO Food Bank.
We’re so grateful for all that Mrs. Rogers and Ms. Earnheart continue to do to support the well-being of our students and community.

Upcoming Activities/Athletics - - 10/20-10/25

Today, Ashley Fowler from the Dunklin County Juvenile Office and Sheriff Nick Darter spoke with Kennett High School students about the dangers of social media, including Snapchat and online predators.
It’s always a good day to have an open conversation with your student about their online habits and safety. 💬
KSD families also have access to Parent ProTech, a resource designed to help parents and caregivers navigate the online world with confidence and awareness.
