Behind the scenes of Kennett #39 School District's 2026 Commencement, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department, Kennett Police Department, Dunklin County Juvenile Office, and Kennett Fire Department spent many hours preparing and coordinating l (as they do every year) to help ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of everyone in attendance especially our Class of 2026 and their families. Their dedication, planning, and visible presence helped provide a safe environment so our graduates could celebrate this important milestone with family and friends. We are thankful for the continued partnership and commitment these agencies show to our students, staff, and community. Thank you to all who served behind the scenes to help make the commencement a safe and successful event. Your support and professionalism are greatly appreciated. #KSD39 #KennettProud #ClassOf2026 #CommunityPartnership #SafetyFirst

Yesterday, we were able to recognize and celebrate Mr. Richard Ross for 14 years of dedicated service to the Kennett #39 School District as the Welding Instructor at the Kennett Career and Technology Center. Over the years, Mr. Ross has made a lasting impact on countless students by teaching valuable technical skills, instilling a strong work ethic, and preparing students for successful careers in the workforce. His passion for welding and commitment to hands-on learning have helped students gain confidence, industry knowledge, and real-world experience that will benefit them for years to come. We would also like to thank everyone who was able to attend and help celebrate Mr. Ross and his outstanding career. A special thank you goes to KCTA for their continued support of the district and for organizing such a meaningful event to honor Mr. Ross for his years of service and dedication. Thank you, Mr. Ross, for your years of service, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Your impact on Kennett #39 and the lives of your students will not be forgotten. #Kennett39 #KCTC #CareerEducation #ThankYouMrRoss #StudentSuccess
