Kennett Board of Public Works Partners with KCTC to Provide Internship Opportunities
Students at the Kennett Career and Technology Center (KCTC) recently had the opportunity to hear from representatives of the Kennett Board of Public Works (KBPW) about the many internship opportunities available within their organization. These internships provide valuable, real-world experience in several key departments, including Natural Gas, Water/Sewer, Information Technology, and Fleet Mechanics.
As a proud Partner in Education with KCTC, KBPW has hosted 11 interns over the past two years, with four of those students transitioning into full-time positions. This collaboration provides students with meaningful hands-on learning experiences while helping to strengthen the local workforce and community.
KCTC extends its sincere appreciation to the Kennett Board of Public Works for their continued partnership and investment in our studentsā career development and success.
