Letter From the Superintendent

Dr. Richie Leeker

Welcome to the Kennett #39 School District, a great place to learn!  I welcome you to browse our website and learn about the many educational and extracurricular opportunities we provide our students.

The Kennett #39 School District has 1850 students and 279 faculty/staff members.  The district is comprised of six buildings: Diagnostic Center, H. Byron Masterson Elementary (PreK-2), South Elementary (3-5), Kennett Middle School (6-8), Kennett High School (9-12), and Kennett Career and Technology Center.  The Kennett Career and Technology Center is the host school for the Campbell, Clarkton, Holcomb, Senath-Hornersville, and Southland School districts, all of which are located in Dunklin County.

We attribute our success to a highly supportive community and high expectations for faculty, staff, and students.  We feel the Kennett #39 School District is among the finest school districts in the state, and are continually working to improve.

 Sincerely,

Dr. Richie Leeker, Superintendent
